Attempted robber in 'Scream' mask gets wrestled out of store

TULSA -- A man who tried to rob an east Tulsa business Friday morning while wearing a "Scream" mask was wrestled out of the business after he broke in.

Police said the attempted robber threw a rock through the window of a business in the 1500 block of South Sheridan at about 6:15 a.m. Police said the man was armed with some type of tool.

A store employee confronted the masked man, and forced him out of the store.

The attempted robber left the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.

The attempted robber was described as being between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall, and weighing between 150-175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red cap and a "Scream" mask.
