At-Risk Youth partner with law enforcement to shop for the holidays

A the annual 'Shop with a Cop' event, the joy of the holiday season fills each shopping cart to the brim.  Each child partnered with an officer and a Bixby Rotarian to fill Christmas wishes.  While shopping for family members, the officers paid close attention to make sure that these youths also got something from Santa.
