TULSA -- Two arrests have been made in New Mexico in connection with the disappearance of a Tulsa woman in 2002.
Latricia Fipps was reported missing on Nov. 20, 2002.
The investigation focused through many years on Joseph Calvert, who was her boyfriend at the time, police said. Police said it was apparent that Fipps had been killed even though her body was never recovered.
Detectives learned that Shanna Ramsey had knowledge and culpability in connection with the disappearance, police said.
Arrest warrants were issued for Calvert and Ramsey and they were arrested near San Ysidro, New Mexico on Friday.
