Arrest made in connection with November east Tulsa killing

TULSA -- An arrest was made Wednesday in connection with an east Tulsa killing that occurred in November.

On Nov. 18 at 2:53 a.m., Jose Cordova was shot and killed in the parking lot at 7900 East 21st Street.

An eyewitness gave police a generic description of the suspect and vehicle, and police were able to obtain video from various businesses in the area.

Larry Jones, 34, was identified as the suspect. Police were able to track him to Bartlesville, and with the assistance of Bartlesville police, arrested Jones on Washington County warrants.

Police have applied for a first-degree murder warrant for Jones in connection with the case.
