TULSA -- An arrest has been made after a 27-year-old man was shot and killed inside a vehicle in north Tulsa earlier this month.
Billy Dee Williams, 29, was arrested on a first-degree murder count on Wednesday.
Lavell Richardson was identified as the man killed on Oct. 12 in the 500 block of East 57th Street North.
Police said they received a call in which they were told that a person was shot inside a vehicle. Police also found a 2-year-old child inside the vehicle. She was unharmed.
