Ken Doke, the Muskogee County Commissioner of District 1, has confirmed that the Army National Gaurd will be assisting with air evacuations at Camp Gruber in Braggs, Okla.

This is an emergency contingency plan to help keep residents safe.

The town of Braggs is still currently without power, and both sides of Hwy 10 are flooded.

While this is a voluntary evacuation, the Muskogee County Commissioner is strongly recommending anyone with medical problems to take advantage of this opportunity.

Doke also stated that this is not limited just to residents with medical problems, anyone wanting to leave is able to.
