TULSA--An armed robbery suspect is arrested in south Tulsa after a car he drove ran out of gas.
Tulsa Police say that the Joseph Dean stole that car from an 86-year-old man at a Braum's. Police arrested the suspect at Riverside and I-44 on Monday morning.
Officers say that when they approached the suspect in the car, they found him asleep.
TPD says that a relative of Dean tipped them off after saying the tank was empty.
Police say that last month the suspect suffered injuries after a pursuit with Wagoner County deputies.
