POTEAU, Okla. -- A man was arrested after the LeFlore County Sheriff's Office says he was soliciting sexual conduct of minors.
According to deputies, 30-year-old William Livingston was arrested Friday at a Poteau WalMart during a sting operation.
Livingston is a convicted, registered sex offender in Arkansas who drove to Poteau believing he was meeting with a juvenile, say police.
Livingston was arrested and charged with soliciting sex with a minor by use of technology and possession of marijuana.
