Around 12:15 p.m. today multiple units with the Tulsa Fire Department were called out to the Echo Trail Apartment complex.
There were multiple calls of smoke and flames coming from a second story apartment.
Within minutes of arriving on scene TFD had everyone evacuated from the surrounding apartments.
Officials confirmed that the fire started in the attic of two of the apartments.
One resident has been displaced due to the damage.
The fire has been extinguished, no report of injuries yet.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
