It's also an opportunity to highlight economic developments, to help business owners grow.
One organizer says it aims to get rid of stereotypes.
Ramal Brown, Vice President of Eaton Media Service, says "I know there is a bad stigma on North Tulsa, but we want to show it in a different light. We want to show that we are peaceful, economical, and building."
