OKMULGEE COUNTY, Okla. — Okmulgee County deputies arrested two people considered suspects in serial burglaries in the Preston area, a news release says.
Surveillance footage from one of the victims reportedly were able to help identify convicted felons Katie Bowdler and Cody McCulloch.
Deputies say both Bowdler and McCulloch were being supervised with GPS ankle monitors by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, which led authorities to a residence in Henryetta where they were arrested, the release says.
They are being held at the Okmulgee County jail for second-degree burglary and felons in possession of firearms.
According to OCSO, the stolen property was recovered at the Henryetta home and returned to victims.
