TULSA — After two years of construction -- we're getting an inside look at McLain High School's brand new field house.
It's been a long time coming since the project was approved through a 2015 bond and construction started in 2017.
The school says more teams will be able to work at once, helping end those late night practices for coaches and players.
"My biggest, most important thing is just letting kids know they deserve the facility," said McLain High School Interim Principal Renee Rabovsky. "They deserve access to the best out there and this is the best facility out there."
The principal says it will be ready in time for basketball season.
