TULSA -- A baby was found Wednesday after being taken by a non-custodial parent.
Tulsa police said the child's non-custodial father took the four-month-old baby Wednesday afternoon.
Police said the baby was taken to an Oklahoma City apartment complex but has been found.
Oklahoma City officials are still searching for the man who took the child.
