Police have issued an AMBER alert for a baby girl out of Oklahoma City.
Officers say Abria Kinchen was last seen just before 11:30pm Friday.
They believe the suspect is Abria's mother, Adazia Kinchen.
Adazia is described as having mental health issues.
Officers say the suspect does not have a vehicle, but police believe they might be trying to make their way to Nebraska.
If you know of Abria and Adazia's whereabouts, you're asked to call police.
