An Amber Alert has been canceled for an infant abducted near Ada Monday evening.

Authorities say 14-day-old Charlotte Ruiz was believed to be with 33-year-old Santiago Ruiz. She was recovered and is now in protective custody.

Santiago allegedly made threats to kill himself and the baby and threw the mother out of the vehicle. He is also believed to be under the influence of narcotics.

Authorities believe he may be traveling to Longdale, Okla. in a white Chevy pickup with Cheyenne Arapahoe tag 016011.

Santiago Ruiz is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9” tall, 200 pounds with brown eyes and long dark hair. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt with the sleeves cut off and shorts. Authorities say he also has the word “outlaw” tattooed on his left leg and other tattoos on both arms.
