ALTUS, Okla. — The Altus Police Department, in conjunction with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, are asking for the public's help locating two people in connection with a child abuse investigation.

Police are searching for Hakim Moore, 27, and Robin Alexander, 29. They say the photos provided are five years old, so their appearances may have changed.

The two are wanted after a warrant was issued in Jackson County in connection with child abuse, child neglect and enabling child neglect. Altus police said the two had fled to St. Louis, Missouri to evade capture.

Moore and Alexander have five children in common, and police say three are in Oklahoma State's custody after they were located in Oklahoma and are in critical condition. Another child was found dead and the fifth child has not been located. Officials said the fifth child was born in a hotel room and is undocumented.

Anyone with information is asked to contact 911 or Crime Stoppers at 866-371-TIPS.
