Big changes coming to college football game days.
New rules will allow restaurants and bars to sell to-go beer and wine.
If they're within 2,000 feet of a stadium.
On top of that, the University of Oklahoma will start selling alcohol in-stadium for the first time.
Corey MacIntyre, a Sooner fan, says, "I think it will cut down from people actually going into the game already being totally intoxicated."
The University will be selling beer and wine like Oklahoma State and other programs across the country, including rival Texas.
But only until the third quarter.
