TULSA -- Police believe they've located the weapon used in a weekend homicide in east Tulsa.
In a report released Sunday, police say pedestrians walking along the Shoreline Apartments found an AK-47 under a dock near a pond.
The gun is believed to be the one used in Saturday's murder of Johnathan Stephens, 27.
According to police, patrol officers already recovered a handgun along the pursuit route.
Stevens was killed while parking his vehicle early Saturday morning at the Virginia Lee Apartments.
