TULSA — For 51 years, the Sooner Caravan has been a spring time tradition in Green Country.
Several coaches for the University of Oklahoma sports teams would make their way to Tulsa to greet fans - young and old - at the OU-Tulsa campus.
But after declining attendance, there will not be a Sooners caravan stop in 2019.
The university's director of athletics Joe Castiglione said OU is trying to 'reimagine' ways to connect with fans.
