Pat and Wanveree Srisukkum have owned the Bangkok Thai Restaurant since 1988 and they have quite a loyal following.
John Alspaugh has been a regular there for over 12 years.
"I like the owners just as much as the food," Alspaugh said.
In January of this year, the establishment experienced some flooding issues and the new management refused to pay for repairs. There was also a dispute over the cost of rent.
This led to a day in court on September 26. The judge ruled against the Srisukkums and now they have until November 26 to vacate.
The family will be deciding this week if they will find a new home for Bangkok Thai or close their doors for good.
