TULSA -- Both I-244 and US-412 have reopened after a semi carrying fertilizer rolled over in downtown Tulsa Tuesday morning.
The road was closed for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the semi was hauling nitrogen fertilizer when it rolled over.
