CATOOSA, Okla — Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said one person has died after colliding with a semi-truck near Catoosa Sunday.
Troopers said Zachary Helms, 30, died from his injuries after rear-ending a semi on US-412.
Troopers said the cause of the collision is under investigation.
The 9-year-old passenger in Helms' vehicle was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, troopers said.
Troopers said the driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
