Late Saturday evening, the Oklahoma State Board of Investigation was requested by Langston police department.
This was in response to a shooting that occurred at a party at the Langston Center.
One person suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was airlifted to Oklahoma City. The victim succumbed to the injury on the way to the hospital.
The victim was identified as Brandon DuPree, a 19-year-old black male.
This is an ongoing investigation, the OSBI is asking the public for any assistance.
