A Sand Springs man was arrested yesterday for lewd molestation of an individual under the age of sixteen.
Police arrested Juan Esparza-Escobedo on charges of Rape by Instrumentation and Lewd Molestation.
Juan confessed to the crimes that occurred last week.
A booking report states he told the police he began touching his 14-year-old daughter and didn't realize what was happening till it was over.
He is currently in the Tulsa County Jail on a 75-thousand dollar bond.
