BROKEN ARROW — A New Leaf's Valentine's Day rose delivery service has grown significantly over the last year.
The non-profit's developmentally disabled clients assemble the bouquets and deliver red roses across Green Country.
They received more than 100 additional orders this year.
Steven, who is one of the clients, dropped off bouquets in Downtown Tulsa Wednesday and caught many people by surprise.
He ended each delivery with a hug and would tell the recipient, "I like you."
