A medical heat alert is still in effect, this alert is issued when EMSA responds to five or more suspected heat-related illness calls in a 24-hour period.
As of 8:30 p.m. they have responded to ten suspected heat-related incidents.
That brings a total of twenty-two suspected heat-related calls.
Two of the heat-related calls today were in the Downtown area near Tulsa Tough.
EMSA is urging citizens to make a plan to stay safe and stay hydrated.
