MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Eight people were arraigned this week after being accused of assisting in a drug conspiracy that involved over one pound of illegal substances.
On January 25, these individuals were arrested on complaint of possession with intent to distribute and the distribution of “500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of Methamphetamine,” starting in June 2015, presumably until the day of their arrest.
Five of those arrested are pictured above, from left to right, Michael Lincoln age 39, Cody McClendon III age 35, then on the bottom is Teresa Chagolla age 54 and Samantha Smith age 21, with Jacob Masters age 54, in the middle.

The investigation included the combined efforts of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Tahlequah Police Department, the Muskogee Police Department, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
