SAPULPA, Okla. — Sixth grade middle school student, Tayber Belk was definitely surprised this morning when her brother, Austin Martin, a United States Marine walked in.
She hadn't seen him in over a year.
Austin says he was training in California Sunday when he decided to surprise his little sister.
Sapulpa school faculty and the sibling's family planned the surprise in just a couple of days. Judging by that look on her face, it was worth it.
"I felt amazing. I'm shaking right now because I was so surprised, no words to describe how much I missed him," Belk said.
You could say, it was a mission accomplished.
When asked what they were going to do to celebrate their reunion, they said get some ice cream.
