6-year-old struck by vehicle in north Tulsa

TULSA - Tulsa police are investigating after a 6-year-old was struck by a vehicle in north Tulsa Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the crash happened on the 1300 block of North Rockford Avenue around 2 p.m Tuesday.

A 6-year-old boy was riding his bicycle in the street when he was hit by a vehicle. The young child said he doesn't remember the crash and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Witnesses described seeing a light brown, cream, or light tan Chevy Impala speed away from the scene.
