TULSA – A young girl is fighting for her life after a neighbor found her with an entire charcoal grill on top of her.
Tulsa police say they were called to the Greens of Bedford Apartments at 10616 E 66th Street after a neighbor found a little girl that had stopped breathing.
The witness told police that they looked outside and saw the 6-year-old girl with a grill on top of her. They rushed to administer the child CPR until emergency crews could arrive.
Police were able to discover that the 6-year-old had been playing in the courtyard when the grill fell on top of her.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and is currently in critical condition.
