BEGGS, Okla. - A 6-year-old girl died Friday in a two-vehicle crash about a mile east of Beggs on an off ramp from Highway 75, according to the OHP.

Two vehicles, with 11 people total in the Ford Freestar minivan and a Ford F250 truck, collided at an intersection of an off ramp from Highway 75 and Highway 16, troopers say. The crash happened just before 2 p.m.

There were six people in the minivan, according to the OHP report, including the 6-year-old girl, whose name has been withheld, and five teenagers in the truck.

Troopers say the minivan was traveling northbound on the off ramp to Highway 16 and the truck was traveling eastbound on Highway 16, the report said, and the two collided in the intersection.

The driver of the minivan was treated and released at a Tulsa hospital, the little girl was killed, and another 6-year-old girl was listed in critical condition. A 13-month-old girl in the van was admitted into the Tulsa hospital in stable condition and two others were treated and released.

Those in the truck were ages 17 (the driver),  16,18, 17 and 15. All five teenagers refused treatment at the scene.
