WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. - A Wagoner County yard is cleaned up after deputies called it a public health danger.
They found more than 50 of these tires piled up in Porter this week.
State law bans people from storing more than that amount.
Environmental inspectors say tires not properly disposed of can attract mosquitos carrying West Nile virus.
Deputies helped the homeowner get rid of the tires.
