POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Okla. -- A 49-year-old woman has drowned after Oklahoma Highway Patrol says she was swept away by flood waters Sunday night.
OHP says the drowning happened just after 9 p.m. Sunday night near Pink, Oklahoma. According to a report, 49-year-old Dorinda Cullum attempted to drive through flood waters when her vehicle was swept away.
OHP says the woman was able to call for assistance before losing consciousness. The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is continuing to search for Cullum's body.
