TULSA – Four suspects were taken into custody Thursday and police believe they could be connected to a recent armed robbery.
Tulsa police say they were able to locate a reported stolen vehicle near 5600 S. Peoria Ave. prompting them to issue a traffic stop. The driver pulled over near the Waterstone Apartments and fled on foot with three other occupants.
Police officers were able to locate all four suspects just outside the apartment complex and were taken into custody.
Tulsa police were able to discover that the stolen vehicle was “loot” recently taken in an armed robbery.
The four suspects are still being interviewed and Tulsa police say detectives will determine any potential charges following the interviews.
