Tulsa police said a 3-year-old was revived by EMSA after nearly drowning at an east Tulsa apartment pool.
Police said the near drowning occurred at the Stone Crest Apartments, which is located at 41st Street and South 129th East Avenue.
Police said the child was pulled from the pool by a neighbor.
The child was sent to St. Francis Hospital.
