ALTUS, Okla. (AP) -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says three teenagers were killed when the car they were in crashed near Altus.
The OHP said an 18-year-old; a 17-year-old; and a 15-year-old -- all from Altus -- died in the accident about 3 p.m. Sunday.
The OHP says the three were in a car traveling southbound on a county road just east of Altus when the car went off the roadway and struck a culvert.
A suspected cause of the crash was not immediately released.
