A rescue dog who recently had one of his legs amputated has gone missing in east Tulsa.
The dog, who goes by Cody, was last seen on Tuesday, September 25.
Cody recently had one of his legs amputated, so he is in need of medical attention.
Someone spotted Cody was near 41st and Mingo in Tulsa.
