Tulsa police say they found three dead puppies inside green barrels on Tuesday night. Officers are looking for information that leads to the identification of the dogs’ owners.
Investigators say the three German Shepard puppies were wearing harnesses and were wrapped in blankets. They are about 6 months old and were neither wearing tags nor were they microchipped, TPD says.
