Arkansas state police say three people, including a Tulsa pilot, are dead after a helicopter crash during the Backwoods Music Festival over the weekend.

Police say the chopper went down near Mulberry Mountain near Ozark on Sunday night.

Tulsa pilot Chuck Dixon and two passengers — Sarah Hill of Austin, Texas, and Marco Orneals of Mexico — died after crashing not far from the landing site, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, KFSM-TV in Fort Smith reports.

A third passenger, Zachari Peterson of Omaha, Neb., was taken to a Tulsa hospital with several broken bones and internal injuries and is in critical condition, the station reports.

Tulsa County Helicopters, the company Dixson owns, was giving tour rides during the music festival.

The Federal Aviation Administration will determine the cause of the crash.
