TULSA, Okla. — Living Arts of Tulsa and Casa de la Cultura is hosting its annual Día de los Muertos Arts Festival.
"Day of the Dead" is a celebration of the Latin heritage honoring loved ones who have passed away.
The festival is Sunday, Nov 1, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Organizers said there are a limited number of tickets for each time slot to keep crowd sizes small and masks are required.
