TULSA — Raymond Rivera is also expected to stand trial today on multiple charges including first-degree murder.
Police say Rivera opened fire, killing one person and injuring several others after getting into an argument on his property back in 2017.
Investigators say 25-year old Tyson Teague was killed in the shooting.
But Rivera says he was protecting his family and his property from known gang members.
