TULSA – It about that time … Mayfest time!
The days of April are quickly dwindling bringing the prospect of warmer months and festivals such as the notable Mayfest.
Every year the Mayfest poster is revealed before the event and every year it has artistic value. This year the poster was created by Tusla artist Marjorie Atwood and is called “Namid,” which is a Native American name meaning Star Dancer. Atwood is a Holland Hall graduate as well as a Sarah Lawrence College graduate.
