9 - Kid's Zone's Open! Myers Duren Harely Davidson, Brookside Library. Brookside Collective, Brookside Church, City Veterinarian Clinic, Southminster Presbyterian - featuring inflatables, games, prizes, candy/trick or treating, etc.
10 - Costume Contests at each of the Kid's Zones (listed above)
10 - Pet Costume Contest - City Veterinarian Clinic 36th & Peoria
11 - 12:30 p.m. Parade (Starts at 49th & Peoria, ends at 33rd & Peoria)
