NBC News is reporting the suspect in the newspaper shooting in Maryland is 39-year-old Jarrod Ramos.
Five people were killed and two were injured Thursday afternoon when a gunman opened fire inside the offices of the Capital Gazette, a newspaper in Annapolis.
NBC News is reporting Ramos sued the the paper in 2012 after a former Capital staff writer wrote about Ramos' guilty plea to criminal harassment.
