We have new details about Tulsa's latest homicide as detectives try and figure out a motive.

We first brought you the story as breaking news last night.

Witnesses tell officers they saw "James Gainer" stomping on the victim's head and beating him with a metal pole.

This happened at an apartment complex near 51st and South Lewis.

Gainer is facing a first degree murder charge.

 

 

Tulsa Police release new intense video of a suspect being tased in downtown after he breaks a large glass door.

This happened late last month when officers were called to 6th and Main on a report of a man screaming and taking off his clothes.

The video shows officers tasing "Joshua Harvey" several times after he broke into a bank.

Harvey was taken to the hospital where he later died.

No cause of death has been released.

 

 

Troopers say a Wagoner man is dead after being hit by a Jeep.

This happened on Thursday night on County Road 7-24

Authorities say the victim, 13-year-old Steven Goforth and a woman were crossing the roadway when they were hit.

The woman is still in the hospital, Goforth died on Friday.

The other driver wasn't hurt.
