A grim discovery is made in the Arkansas River.

Tulsa crews tell us they pulled a body from the water this afternoon.

Officials say it's the man who went missing last night South of West 23rd street.

Authorities say the victim and another man were fishing when the waters in the area started to rise.

Both tried to make it back, but one of them was swept away.

Authorities say they did have difficulty last night due to a language barrier and the speed of the water.

A plane flips over at Jones Airport.

We are told Tulsa Firefighters, EMSA, and Hazmat teams were called.

Right now, no injuries have been reported.

The Tulsa Police Department is trying to find out who shot two women.

This happened around one this morning near Admiral and North Sheridan.

The victims told the officers they were driving when both were shot, one of them in the chest and the other in the arm.

Both are expected to be ok.

An  infant in the car was not harmed.
