A man is behind bars accused of punching a Tulsa Police Officer and then barricading himself inside a home.

This all happened this afternoon near Apache and North Peoria.

We are told the suspect threatened neighbors with a tire iron, assaulted a police officer, and barricaded himself inside a home.

Crews worked for about an hour and a half to try and get him out.

The suspect now faces several charges.

 

The teens accused of plotting a school shooting in Pawnee are now out of jail.

According to the Stillwater News Press the two bonded out on Thursday.

Authorities say a tip given to the Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers Unit helped investigators thwart the plan made by two sophomores.

A person who lives outside the country overheard the teens talking over their plans through an online video game.

 

A Tulsa mother accused of stabbing her 11 year-old daughter is expected in court tomorrow.

Taheerah Ahmad is accused of tying up two of her daughters, and setting her home on fire before running off with a third child.

She's expected to have her preliminary hearing tomorrow.

She is facing four charges of assault and battery with intent to kill.
