The man accused of shooting and killing an 80-year-old man during a home invasion last week is caught and in jail.
Police arrested 20-year-old Rick Davison Tuesday night at a Tulsa apartment complex.
He's the suspect in the murder of James Rosenlieb.
Police said Rosenlieb struggled with an intruder before he was shot in his home.
Rosenlieb's wife was also in the house at the time, but wasn't harmed.
Overnight, a truck went up in flames on the side of the road and police have no idea how it got there.
Firefighters arrived to find the truck consumed by the fire.
This was near 41st and South Garnett Road just before midnight.
The truck was empty and nobody was around.
Investigators are now trying to find the owner.
A street could be renamed for a man who was gunned down by a Tulsa police officer.
At the Tulsa city council meeting tonight there is expected to be discussion of changing 36th Street North to Terence Crutcher Street.
Crutcher was shot and killed by Officer Betty Shelby in 2016.
A jury acquitted Shelby of manslaughter last year.
The estate of Terence Crutcher filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Tulsa.
