Developing news tonight, Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex.
Police say it began with a fight between two roommates this morning outside "Vista Shadow Mountain Apartments" near East 61st and South Memorial.
While someone was trying to break up the fight, "another" man who was not involved in the scuffle shot the victim.
The victim was hit in the lower back and is expected to recover.
Meanwhile, another shooting victim is recovering following a home invasion.
Police say two men kicked down the door of the victim's home just before ten last night near east 46th and North Peoria.
Once inside, police say the suspects pistol whipped and shot the victim. The men fled the scene in a sedan.
The victim was transported to the hospital and their condition is unknown
And new tonight a Texas man will be sentenced here in Oklahoma for defrauding investors of nearly a million dollars.
Authorities say 31-year-old Timothy Hamilton Jr. admitted to falsely promoting investment chances for companies that market sportswear and nutritional suppliments.
His parents also pleaded guilty.
