TULSA -- Two women were taken to the hospital after a shooting in north Tulsa Sunday evening.

Police say a man living near East 46th Street North and North Peoria Avenue kicked a woman who was living with him out of the home.

According to police, that woman, along with another woman, drove back to the home to gather her belongings.

When one of the women tried to get into the house, officers said the homeowner fired one shot, hitting her in the hand.

The other woman was struck by a piece of concrete. Both women were taken to the hospital.

The homeowner was taken in for questioning, but later released due to the Stand Your Ground law.
